Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers with their jewelry selections, offering expert advice.
- Handle customer queries and resolve any issues in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring accurate records of interactions.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Coordinate with the sales team to manage orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Provide product information and details about ongoing promotions or new collections.
- Support showroom activities such as organizing customer events and exhibitions.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of jewelry and gemstones (training will be provided).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A customer-first attitude with a focus on building lasting relationships.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,175.12 - ₹32,441.56 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:
