Role Description

Qualifications

  • Experience in Training Program Development and Implementation
  • Training on SOP's and on the job training
  • Evaluation Metrics and Performance Analysis skills
  • Strong Communication, Presentations, and Facilitation abilities
  • Organizational Development and Change Management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to work in diverse team environments
  • Experience in the hospitality industry or related field is an advantage
