We are looking for an experienced and motivated Shift Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure smooth shift management, maintain service quality, and lead the team to deliver an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and shift assignments.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in all areas.
  • Monitor inventory, control wastage, and coordinate with the purchase team for stock requirements.
  • Assist in staff training, performance monitoring, and motivation.
  • Ensure all company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed.
  • Report daily sales, shift performance, and operational updates to the Restaurant Manager.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Shift Manager / Supervisor in a restaurant or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Good knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service standards.
  • Ability to handle pressure and maintain composure during peak hours.
  • Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
