About the Role:
We are looking for a
Mobile Affiliate Manager
to drive user acquisition, app installs, and order growth for our
delivery business
through affiliate and performance marketing partnerships. You'll manage and optimize campaigns with mobile affiliates, ad networks, and media partners to ensure ROI and scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand mobile affiliate partnerships focused on food, grocery, and e-commerce delivery verticals.
- Drive
CPI, CPA, and CPO-based campaigns
ensuring quality installs and order conversions. - Negotiate deals, payouts, and exclusive inventory with affiliate networks and publishers.
- Analyze campaign performance across
MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, etc.)
to monitor fraud, retention, and ROI. - Optimize user acquisition funnels by identifying high-performing traffic sources.
- Collaborate with internal performance, creative, and tech teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Maintain compliance with brand guidelines, fraud control, and delivery-specific attribution metrics.
- Stay updated with trends in
mobile user acquisition, delivery apps, and affiliate ecosystems.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in
mobile affiliate marketing
or performance marketing, preferably in
delivery, e-commerce, or fintech
. - Strong understanding of
CPI/CPA/CPO campaigns
and
mobile attribution tools
(AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch). - Experience managing direct publishers, SSPs, and mobile ad networks.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and data-driven environment.
Good to Have:
- Prior experience with
delivery, food, grocery, or mobility apps
. - Understanding of
fraud detection tools
(P360, mfilterit, etc.). - Experience running
affiliate programs across multiple geographies (UK, USA, MENA, SEA, or India)
. - Familiarity with
App Store Optimization (ASO)
and push/in-app campaigns.
