ted Affiliate Marketing Man
ager to lead the design and execution of our affiliate marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in affiliate marketing, digital advertising, and performance analytics, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and expand customer reach. This role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified and impactful marketing approach
.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy Development

  • Develop and execute data-driven affiliate marketing strategies aimed at driving revenue growth and increasing brand visibility.

2. Affiliate Network Expansion

  • Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with new affiliates to expand the company's affiliate network and overall reach.

3. Performance Monitoring and Optimization

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for all affiliate campaigns.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize campaign performance to maximize return on investment (ROI) and efficiency.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including digital marketing, content, product, and sales teams to align affiliate marketing initiatives with broader organizational goals.

5. Contract Management

  • Negotiate commission structures, terms, and partnership agreements while ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.

6. Market and Trend Analysis

  • Stay abreast of emerging trends, tools, and best practices within the affiliate marketing domain, with a strong focus on the US market

7. Reporting and Insights

  • Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports, strategic insights, and data-backed recommendations to senior leadership for informed decision-making.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in managing affiliate programs targeting the US market.
  • Proficiency in performance marketing tools and platform.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and growth-focused professional mindset.
