Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a Affiliate Marketing Manager who will own, scale, and optimize affiliate partnerships for top advertiser brands. This is a publisher-facing role where you'll act as the bridge between publishers and PixelRings affiliate ecosystem, ensuring performance, ROI, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with publishers and affiliate partners.
  • Negotiate and secure the best possible offers, payouts, and exclusive deals for clients.
  • Monitor daily performance, ROI, and campaign health across multiple verticals (eCommerce, travel, finance, apps, lifestyle).
  • Analyze traffic sources, fraud patterns, and optimize campaign delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal tech and delivery teams to ensure smooth integrations (MMPs, tracking, reporting).
  • Stay ahead of affiliate/AdTech trends and identify new opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, client-side management, or digital partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate networks, CPA/CPI/CPL models, and MMPs .
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics/reporting tools.
  • Based in Noida.
