Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Affiliate Executive to join our marketing team. As an Affiliate Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our affiliate marketing program. You will work closely with affiliate partners, monitor performance, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and grow our affiliate network

Key Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end publisher onboarding for mobile marketing campaigns (CPI/CPA/CPL).

· Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, publishers, and partners across domestic and international geographies.

· Monitor, optimize, and scale affiliate campaigns to achieve performance targets.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.

· Track campaign performance, analyze reports, and share insights for improvement.

· Resolve publisher queries, ensure timely communication, and maintain a healthy partner ecosystem.

Requirements

· 6 months to 1 year of experience in affiliate/mobile marketing.

· Understanding of digital marketing performance models (CPI, CPA, CPS).

· Strong communication and negotiation skills.

· Ability to manage multiple publishers and campaigns simultaneously.

· Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

· Self-motivated and result-oriented individual.

Good To Have

· Experience in both domestic and international markets.

· Familiarity with mobile attribution tools (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch).

Qualification

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

· Proven experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in a similar role.

· Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, practices, and technologies.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Proficient in using affiliate tracking and management software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹32,000.00 per month
