We are now looking for Management Trainees who are hungry to learn the business of global telecom trading — a world that blends analytics, negotiation, and international relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Build daily communication with partners around the world (operators, aggregators, resellers).
  • Understand how SMS routes, pricing, and margins work in a live global trading environment.
  • Identify opportunities to buy and sell routes profitably.
  • Negotiate rates and build long-term relationships with counterparts.
  • Track route performance, analyze traffic data, and support the trading desk in decision-making.
  • Work closely with internal operations and technical teams to ensure quality delivery.

What You'll Learn

  • The mechanics of the global A2P SMS and CPaaS ecosystem.
  • How international telecom trade functions — pricing, arbitrage, and carrier economics.
  • Negotiation, commercial analytics, and cross-cultural communication.
  • Tools like Excel, Pipedrive, dashboards, and global messaging platforms.
  • How to build a career in international telecom trading and enterprise messaging.

  • Confident communicator in English — both written and spoken.

Academic Background

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, or International Business.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and interest in technology or global markets.
