Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesforce Trainee, based in Noida. The Salesforce Trainee will assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include learning and applying Salesforce functionalities, troubleshooting issues, collaborating with team members, and supporting CRM-related tasks. The trainee will gain hands-on experience while working closely with experienced professionals on innovative Salesforce projects.

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Salesforce
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with programming concepts and an eagerness to learn Salesforce development
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and work in a dynamic environment
  • Recent graduation in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
  • Any prior exposure to Salesforce or certifications would be an advantage
