We're looking for an energetic and curious
Product Manager Trainee
who wants to learn how real-world software products are planned, built, and launched.

As a Product Manager Trainee, you'll collaborate with
developers, designers, and business analysts
to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. You'll learn how to manage product roadmaps, prioritize features, and turn ideas into working applications that users love.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys
problem-solving, coordination, and product thinking
— and wants to grow into a
Product Manager or Technical Lead
in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in
    defining product requirements
    , use cases, and feature specifications.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure smooth product execution.
  • Maintain
    project documentation, user stories, and task boards (e.g., Jira, Trello)
    .
  • Participate in
    daily scrums, sprint reviews, and product demo meetings.
  • Analyze user feedback and help improve product usability and business value.
  • Support the creation of roadmaps, timelines, and status reports.
  • Coordinate between BA, QA, and Development
    teams to ensure alignment.
  • Learn and apply
    Agile and CI/CD principles
    in real-world project management.

Skills & Tools Exposure (Good to Have):

  • Understanding of
    software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum
    methodology
  • Basic exposure to
    UI/UX principles
  • Comfort using tools like Jira, Notion, Trello, Figma, or Google Workspace
  • Strong communication, documentation, and leadership potential
  • Analytical mindset and a proactive attitude toward learning
