Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain clear and effective communication channels with recruitment partners, Field Sales Business Development Managers, Regional Managers, and students as needed.
  • Accurately update and track all communication from centralized email accounts within the internal CRM system and coordinate relevant updates with universities.
  • Proactively follow up on submitted applications and liaise with recruitment partners to resolve any pending documentation or issues.
  • Actively chase recruitment partners for offer letters, ensuring timely follow-up and processing.
  • Provide consistent support to recruitment partners, fostering smooth business operations and strengthening partner relationships.
  • Reactivate inactive partners by re-establishing communication and engagement.
  • Lead partner onboarding sessions and provide comprehensive training on the company's products and processes to facilitate a smooth integration.
