Management Trainee – KAM
to support our
Key Account team
in strengthening client relationships and driving operational excellence.

What You'll Do


• Assist Key Account Managers in managing day-to-day client operations and communication.


• Support in tracking performance metrics, analyzing data, and preparing business insights.


• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.


• Learn to build and maintain client relationships for long-term satisfaction.


• Contribute to process improvement and client success initiatives.

What We're Looking For


• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.


• Basic understanding of e-commerce, logistics, or account management.


• Proficiency in
MS Office Suite
(Excel, PowerPoint, Word).


• A proactive learner with a problem-solving mindset and adaptability.


• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
