What You'll Do

  • Manage the founder's calendar, scheduling, priorities, and follow-ups.
  • Organise the founder's inbox, draft emails, and handle communication threads.
  • Identify, reach out to, and coordinate with potential guests.
  • Schedule calls, pre-interviews, recordings, and follow-up communication.
  • Prepare detailed research notes, guest dossiers, and episode briefs.
  • Create episode summaries, structured notes, and talking points.
  • Maintain updated Notion databases, SOPs, workflows, and project trackers.
  • Coordinate with editing, design, production, and social media teams.
  • Track timelines, deliverables, approvals, and weekly production progress.
  • Manage studio bookings, equipment scheduling, and recording logistics.
  • Handle travel planning, on-ground coordination, and vendor communication.
  • Support the founder during launches, collaborations, and campaign phases.
  • Assist with brand partnerships, outreach workflows, and marketing rollouts.
  • Ensure smooth, frictionless communication across teams and guests.

  • Skills You'll Need

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Telugu.
  • Intense research, synthesis, and note-making ability.
  • High-level time management, prioritisation, and organisational discipline.
  • Ability to maintain discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Understanding of podcasts, creators, content workflows, and startup environments.
  • Proficiency in Notion for database management, documentation, and operations.
  • Strong command of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive).
  • Comfort using Calendly for scheduling and workflow alignment.
  • Ability to manage WhatsApp Business communication professionally.
  • Basic Canva skills for creating presentations, documents, and visual assets.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced, high-velocity creative environments.
  • Calm problem-solving mindset with proactive, founder-support orientation.
