Position: Sales & Marketing Manager
Location: Pune
Requisites
Master's / bachelor's degree in marketing / business administration or related field
Should have minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in Sales and Marketing
Technical Skills & Knowledge
•Proven experience in Sales & Marketing of Industrial Products (Powder Coating Plant, Paint booths & Ovens, Shot Blasting Equipment & Systems, Conveyorized and Robotic Paint Finishing system)
Strong Knowledge of the Sales & Marketing of Industrial products, project,
Proficiency in MS office and CRM Software
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Should have good techno commercial skills
Fluent in spoken & written local language and English is must.
Command over more than two regional languages will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Experience in conducting market research and identifying business opportunities
•To manage and execute marketing strategies, developing sales plans.
•To build and maintain customer relationships, conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
The roles require strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Tracking and recording achieving sales targets.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
