Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager based in Pune. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing marketing campaigns, identifying business opportunities, conducting market research, and building client relationships. The role will also require preparing sales reports, coordinating with the product development team, and attending industry events for lead generation and brand promotion.

  • Sales Strategy Development, Market Research, and Identifying Business Opportunities skills
  • Marketing Campaign Management, Digital Marketing, and Content Marketing skills
  • Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the lighting or electronics industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
