Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Sales Marketing Manager. The Sales Marketing Manager will oversee developing and executing sales strategies, managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and fostering relationships with clients and partners. The role requires maintaining close coordination with the sales and marketing teams to ensure organizational goals are met.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales and Marketing strategy development and execution

  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-building skills
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Experience in the machinery or equipment industry is a plus
