Job Summary:

The HR Fresher will assist the HR team in various functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll support, and HR documentation. This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn and develop skills in human resources while contributing to the smooth functioning of HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates.
  • Support onboarding activities including induction programs and document collection.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and personal files.
  • Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.
  • Help in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Provide support in payroll preparation and statutory compliance.
  • Draft and circulate HR letters such as appointment, confirmation, and resignation letters.
  • Assist in handling employee queries and grievances.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and maintain HR databases.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW (HR), or any relevant degree (fresh graduates can apply).
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and labor laws is an added advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,463.82 per month
