Position Summary: We are seeking a part-time HR Recruiter to identify, attract, and secure clients for our HR services. This role involves business development, client relationship management, and recruiting activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales or business development within the HR industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition:
• Identify and target potential clients for our HR services.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and secure new clients.
• Reach out to potential clients through various channels (e.g., email, phone calls, social media).
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand clients' HR needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Act as a liaison between clients and our internal team to ensure client satisfaction.
• Follow up with clients regularly to ensure their needs are met and to secure repeat business.
• Recruitment:
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various HR positions as needed.
• Develop and maintain a network of qualified candidates.
• Assist clients with their recruitment needs by providing top-tier candidates.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate placement.
• Sales and Marketing:
• Promote our HR services through various marketing and sales strategies.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
• Create and maintain marketing materials and sales documents.
• Participate in networking events and industry conferences to generate leads.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Prepare reports on sales and recruitment activities as needed.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition within the HR industry.
• Strong understanding of HR services, including recruitment, staffing, and consulting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
• Proficient in using CRM software, recruitment platforms, and other relevant tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
