Job Title HR Recruiter Location Ambattur Chennai Work Hours Monday to Friday 10 00 AM - 7 00 PM Saturday 10 00 AM - 2 00 PM based on work About ABEX Group ABEX Group delivers AI-powered recruitment solutions for high-growth innovation-driven companies across SaaS B2B B2C and D2C sectors We specialize in mid-to-senior and leadership hiring across the US UK and India Combining advanced technology with expert consulting we offer tailored talent solutions that align with your long-term goals While this role is with one of our trusted clients ABEX will support you throughout the hiring journey ensuring a seamless and insightful experience Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes source top talent and help build exceptional teams for our clients Key Responsibilities Understand client requirements and job descriptions in detail Source candidates through job portals LinkedIn internal databases and referrals Screen and shortlist candidates based on client expectations Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Provide timely updates to clients and gather feedback Follow up with selected candidates through joining and onboarding Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction Manage and update candidate databases and generate regular reports Requirements Bachelor s degree HR specialization preferred 1-4 years of experience in recruitment or staffing client-facing preferred Familiarity with Naukri Monster LinkedIn and other sourcing tools Excellent communication coordination and negotiation skills Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines Nice to Have Experience in both tech and non-tech hiring Prior exposure to client handling in recruitment firms
