We are looking for an energetic and proactive HR Recruiter to join our team in Coimbatore As an HR Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing screening and selecting candidates for various IT roles within the company This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or someone with up to 1 year of experience in recruitment to kickstart their career in HR Key Responsibilities Source candidates through online platforms e g job portals social media LinkedIn etc Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems Assist in the onboarding process for new hires Build and maintain relationships with candidates ensuring a positive candidate experience Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements Support other HR functions as needed Requirements Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field 0-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles IT recruitment experience is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems ATS is preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
