Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter (Fresher) to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a keen interest in talent acquisition and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Support in drafting job descriptions and posting them on various job boards.
  • Participate in onboarding activities and new hire documentation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.
  • Assist the HR team in other administrative and recruitment-related tasks.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Should be residing nearby Ambattur Locations.( Ambattur, Avadi, Redhills, and Near by Location Candidates can Apply for this Job Role)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of recruitment processes (training will be provided).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
