Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases.
  • Manage payroll processing, attendance, and leave records.
  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory requirements.
  • Address employee queries related to salary, leave, and HR policies.
  • Support HR-related administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Assist in employee engagement and grievance handling.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in BCOM WITH HR / MBA HR (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment and payroll management.
  • Good knowledge of statutory compliances (PF, ESI, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
