About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic HR & Talent Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, talent sourcing, employee engagement, and supporting HR operations. This role requires strong communication skills, people management abilities, and a passion for connecting the right talent with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct reference checks and negotiate job offers with selected candidates.
  • Maintain recruitment data, reports, and HR records accurately.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities, performance management, and HR operations when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 0-1 years in recruitment / HR roles.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, job portals, and social media recruitment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HR tools, and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
