About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Recruiter with 3-5 years of hands-on recruiting experience and a strong leadership mindset to join our talent acquisition team as an individual contributor. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strategic approach to recruitment, and the ability to manage end-to-end hiring processes independently. An MBA background will be preferred to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple roles across various departments.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using innovative sourcing techniques.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Drive recruitment initiatives with a leadership mindset, taking ownership of hiring goals.
  • Conduct reference checks and negotiate offers with selected candidates.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate regular hiring reports.
  • Enhance employer branding efforts to attract top talent.
  • Participate in career fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment drives as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Mentor junior recruiters or assist in team knowledge sharing, demonstrating leadership even as an IC.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • MBA degree with a focus on HR, Business, or related fields.
  • Strong leadership qualities with a proactive and independent working style.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes effectively.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to handle multiple recruitment assignments and meet deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting for IT/Technical roles or specific industry knowledge (optional).
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience in employer branding and candidate engagement.
