Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter with at least 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates across various roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle from job posting to onboarding.
  • Handle full-cycle recruitment for temporary and contract staff positions.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct preliminary screening and interviews to assess candidates' suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment reports and candidate databases.
  • Ensure all hiring activities comply with company policies and local employment regulations.
  • Support HR and hiring teams with any ad-hoc recruitment or administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience (preferably in corporate or agency setting).
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment practices and hiring regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple roles and priorities efficiently.
  • Proficient in MS Office and recruitment platforms.
