Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Source and attract candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking. - Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates for hiring managers. - Coordinate interview schedules and follow-up communications with candidates and interviewers. - Manage job postings and maintain recruitment databases or applicant tracking systems (ATS). - Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications. - Assist in drafting job descriptions and recruitment advertisements. - Conduct reference checks and background verifications. - Maintain a positive candidate experience and employer branding. - Prepare and send offer letters and assist with onboarding processes. - Track recruitment metrics and generate reports for HR leadership. - Stay updated on labor laws, recruitment best practices, and industry trends. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. - Proven experience (1-3 years) in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in [industry, e.g., pharmaceutical, IT, manufacturing]. - Familiarity with ATS, job boards, and recruitment tools. - Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment compliance. Skills and Competencies: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities. - Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously. - Detail-oriented with good organizational skills. - Proactive, results-driven, and team player mindset.
