Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications. Coordinate and schedule interviews, and assist with the selection and offer process. Provide a positive experience for all candidates by maintaining clear communication and offering feedback. Manage candidate databases and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment processes. Support other HR functions, including employee onboarding, engagement activities, and administrative tasks. Assist with the implementation of HR policies and programs. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 0-1 year of experience in recruitment or HR. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
