**Who We’re Looking For**:
A **sincere and committed** person who can manage front office duties and support HR, admin, recruitment, and billing tasks.

**Responsibilities**:
**Reception & Admin**:

- Welcome visitors and answer phone calls.
- Help with travel bookings and meeting arrangements.

**HR & Recruitment**:

- Help with hiring process - sorting resumes, scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and attendance.
- Support onboarding and staff activities.

**Accounts & Billing**:

- Assist with billing, invoices, and basic accounts work.
- Follow up with clients and vendors.
- Keep records of expenses and petty cash.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any degree
- 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of **Zoho** and/or **Tally** is added advantage
- Must be responsible, organized, and ready to take ownership of work.
