Handover Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the handover/possession process of residential and commercial units.
- Prepare and maintain handover documentation, checklists, and agreements.
- Conduct snagging/inspection of units before possession and ensure rectification of defects by relevant teams.
- Schedule and organize pre-possession & handover meetings with customers.
- Provide clear communication to customers regarding handover formalities, payments, documentation, and timelines.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the customer, site team, CRM, and project team for smooth handover.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards during possession.
- Maintain accurate handover trackers, MIS reports, and customer records.
- Assist in addressing and resolving customer queries related to possession.
Desired Skills & Competencies:
- Good knowledge of real estate handover/possession process.
- Understanding of snagging/defect identification and quality checks.
- Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Excellent coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Civil Engineering background).
- 1- 4 years of experience in real estate handover/CRM/customer service roles.
