Role & responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and concerns promptly through calls, emails, or in-person meetings.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of all customer interactions in CRM software .
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, accounts, legal, projects) for agreement execution, payment follow-ups, and possession scheduling.
  • Prepare and share demand letters, receipts, and other customer communication.
  • Manage documentation for booking, agreement to sale, registration, and possession.
  • Track payment schedules and send reminders for due payments.
  • Ensure a smooth customer journey from booking to handover and beyond.
  • Handle customer escalation and coordinate for resolution.
  • Collect customer feedback and assist in improving overall customer experience.
  • Support in planning and executing customer engagement activities or events.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred)
  • Strong coordination and follow-up ability
  • Customer-centric approach with patience and empathy
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software
  • Knowledge of real estate documentation and RERA guidelines (preferred)
  • Problem-solving and multitasking skills
