About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Customer Success Executive
who will act as the bridge between our sales and CRM functions. The ideal candidate should come with a strong real estate background, hands-on experience in selling high-rise residential projects, and managing channel partner relationships.

This role demands a professional who can ensure seamless post-sales communication, build long-term customer trust, and contribute to business growth through proactive engagement and retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Onboarding

  • Engage with walk-in and referred clients to explain project features, pricing, and benefits.
  • Assist the sales team in converting leads to bookings through personalized follow-ups and relationship management.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of all project details, pricing, offers, and inventory status.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Serve as the single point of contact for customers post-booking till possession.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Legal, Projects, etc.) to ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
  • Track payment milestones, issue receipts, and manage documentation for allotments, agreements, and registrations.
  • Handle customer grievances with professionalism, ensuring timely redressal and satisfaction.

Channel Partner Management

  • Build and maintain strong relations with channel partners and brokers.
  • Assist in partner engagement activities, training sessions, and project briefings.
  • Support in coordinating site visits, events, and partner incentive programs.

Retention & Upselling

  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling across project portfolios.
  • Maintain customer feedback and insights to improve sales strategies and service standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experience:
    4–8 years in residential real estate (mandatory)
  • Background:
    Sales, CRM, or Customer Relationship roles in selling high-rise or luxury projects.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-first attitude with problem-solving mindset
  • Good coordination and follow-up abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
