About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Customer Success Executive
who will act as the bridge between our sales and CRM functions. The ideal candidate should come with a strong real estate background, hands-on experience in selling high-rise residential projects, and managing channel partner relationships.
This role demands a professional who can ensure seamless post-sales communication, build long-term customer trust, and contribute to business growth through proactive engagement and retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Onboarding
- Engage with walk-in and referred clients to explain project features, pricing, and benefits.
- Assist the sales team in converting leads to bookings through personalized follow-ups and relationship management.
- Maintain updated knowledge of all project details, pricing, offers, and inventory status.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Serve as the single point of contact for customers post-booking till possession.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Legal, Projects, etc.) to ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
- Track payment milestones, issue receipts, and manage documentation for allotments, agreements, and registrations.
- Handle customer grievances with professionalism, ensuring timely redressal and satisfaction.
Channel Partner Management
- Build and maintain strong relations with channel partners and brokers.
- Assist in partner engagement activities, training sessions, and project briefings.
- Support in coordinating site visits, events, and partner incentive programs.
Retention & Upselling
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling across project portfolios.
- Maintain customer feedback and insights to improve sales strategies and service standards.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience:
4–8 years in residential real estate (mandatory) - Background:
Sales, CRM, or Customer Relationship roles in selling high-rise or luxury projects.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-first attitude with problem-solving mindset
- Good coordination and follow-up abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
