Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

  • Maintain accurate daily accounts and cash flow records.
  • Prepare sales, purchase, and expense reports.
  • Manage GST, TDS, and other compliance-related tasks.
  • Handle petty cash and reconcile bank statements.
  • Coordinate with CA for tax filing and audits.

2. Business Operations Management

  • Oversee daily shop activities and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage stock levels and maintain inventory records.
  • Monitor vendor payments and client billing.
  • Assist in business planning and operational decisions.

3. Staff & Labour Management

  • Supervise and coordinate with shop staff and labour workers.
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and maintain discipline.
  • Ensure timely attendance and wage distribution.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience as an accountant or manager (retail/wholesale background preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and basic accounting principles.
  • Good organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Basic understanding of GST, billing, and compliance.
