Position - Front Desk cum Customer Relations Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound client calls with warmth and clarity.
- Schedule and manage physiotherapy appointments using booking software.
- Send reminders, follow-ups, and confirmations to clients via phone or WhatsApp.
- Maintain detailed records of client communications and feedback.
- Act as the first point of contact at the clinic — provide assistance, directions, and information.
- Coordinate with physiotherapists and admin to ensure smooth client flow.
- Share program/service information and answer client queries professionally.
- Upsell relevant services or packages when appropriate.
- Report any client issues or scheduling gaps to the clinic lead promptly.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi.
- Professional phone and in-person etiquette.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy (Google Sheets, Calendars, or clinic software).
- Ability to handle pressure during peak hours.
- Prior experience in customer service, healthcare, or telecalling preferred.
