About the Role:
Kadamshree Developer is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to lead our real estate sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales growth, managing teams, and achieving high conversion rates in the real estate sector. This is a leadership role requiring strategic planning, market understanding, and people management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients and channel partners.
- Oversee site visits, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales plans.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and finance teams for smooth sales operations.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance dashboards for management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of sales experience (preferably in real estate).
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Deep understanding of the Faridabad / NCR real estate market is an added advantage.
