About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced
Talent Acquisition Specialist
with 7–10 years of end-to-end recruitment expertise to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience hiring across multiple domains/technologies, managing stakeholders, and driving talent strategy to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Build strong talent pipelines across functions using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver quality hires on time.
  • Maintain recruitment reports, ATS data, and ensure compliance with hiring processes.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and enhance candidate experience.
  • Provide market insights and support workforce planning.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (IT/Non-IT).
  • Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and ATS tools.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree (MBA HR preferred).
