What you will be doing?
- Develop, execute, and optimize demand generation campaigns across channels (email, paid ads, webinars, social, content, events, ABM, etc.) to build a predictable pipeline.
- Partner with sales to align campaigns with revenue goals and ensure smooth lead handoff, qualification, and conversion.
- Own and manage marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.) to track, nurture, and score leads.
- Build and manage the demand gen funnel, monitor conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI.
- Create ABM strategies to target key accounts with personalized campaigns and content.
- Collaborate with content, product marketing, and design teams to develop assets (case studies, eBooks, landing pages, ads, emails).
- Manage paid media budget effectively across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Desired Profile
- 4–7 years of experience in demand generation preferably within B2B SaaS organizations.
- Strong understanding of buying cycles, lead funnels, and pipeline management.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), CRM (Salesforce or similar), and analytics tools.
- Proven track record of driving qualified pipeline and meeting revenue targets.
- Experience with paid acquisition, ABM, email nurture campaigns, and webinar/event marketing.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
