Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive with prior experience in HR services to join our growing team. The primary responsibility is to bring in new business contracts from corporate clients, develop strategic relationships, and grow the client base for our recruitment and staffing services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients for HR outsourcing, recruitment, and staffing services
  • Pitch company services to HR heads, business managers, and decision-makers
  • Generate leads through cold calls, email marketing, and professional networking
  • Schedule and conduct meetings to understand client hiring needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Prepare and present service proposals and close deals
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients
  • Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to ensure client requirements are fulfilled
  • Maintain and update sales reports, CRM records, and pipeline tracking
  • Achieve individual business development targets and contribute to team goals

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales / business development in HR or recruitment services
  • Strong understanding of recruitment/staffing processes and industry trends
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Goal-oriented, persuasive, and driven personality
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
