About the Role

The Medical Device Sales Specialist will be responsible for selling medical devices to hospitals, clinics, physiotherapy centers, and healthcare institutions. The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience in the healthcare sector and the ability to handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and requirement assessments with potential clients.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat sales and long-term business growth.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets in line with organizational objectives.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns, exhibitions, and product launches.
  • Provide post-sales support and coordinate with service/operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
