  • Supervise and support restaurant operations to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure strict adherence to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) across all departments.
  • Handle staff training & development to maintain operational standards and service excellence.
  • Manage inventory and stock control to minimize wastage and ensure availability of supplies
  • Implement and monitor cost control measures to maximize profitability.
  • Assist in preparing and analyzing P&L statements and support decision-making for revenue growth.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards in all operations.
  • Support the Operations Manager in implementing company policies and operational strategies.
  • Coordinate with different departments (kitchen, service, accounts, etc.) for smooth functioning.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience in the restaurant industry (minimum [X years] in operations role).

  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, SOPs, training, and cost management.
  • Hands-on experience with inventory management and vendor coordination.
  • Ability to analyze P&L statements and contribute to cost control initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
