Job Description – CSR Corporate Partnerships

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with corporates to co-design and implement CSR initiatives aligned with mutual goals.
  • Identify potential CSR collaborators across sectors (health, education, environment, livelihoods) and craft tailored proposals.
  • To develop new project proposal for corporate alignment work.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to execute CSR projects with measurable social and environmental impact.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and KPIs; ensure compliance with CSR regulations under the Companies Act.
  • Prepare donor reports, case studies, and communication materials to showcase partnership outcomes.
  • Maintain a database of CSR leads, partnership pipelines, and reporting dashboards using CRM and data tools.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Business, or related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in CSR, corporate partnerships, or donor engagement.
  • Strong understanding of CSR regulations and ESG frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to synthesize technical information into compelling proposals and reports.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and data visualization platforms .

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience working with corporates, foundations, and NGOs.
  • Exposure to multi-sectoral projects (e.g., health, energy, water, environment).
  • Ability to travel and engage with field teams and partner sites.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi; other regional languages are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
