Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Social Responsibility Manager at our Noida location. The CSR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing CSR strategies and programs that align with the company's mission. Daily responsibilities include managing and evaluating CSR projects, engaging employees in CSR activities, and communicating the impact of these initiatives both internally and externally. The CSR Manager will also be expected to analyze CSR performance and suggest improvements, as well as collaborate with various departments to ensure the effective execution of CSR activities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Corporate Social Responsibility and Employee Engagement
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Project Management abilities
  • Excellent Communication skills for internal and external collaboration
  • Relevant experience in CSR or related fields
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Social Work, Business Administration, or Environmental Science is preferred
  • Ability to work on-site in Noida
  • Proven track record in managing CSR initiatives is a plus
