Job Title: Manager – Corporate Relationships Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai / Noida / Bangalore Job Type: Full-time About the Role: We are hiring for the position of Manager – Corporate Relationships for one of our clients, a leading NGO in the education and skilling sector. The organization has a significant presence across India and operates with a strong focus on empowering adolescents and placing youths in sustainable jobs. This role offers the opportunity to manage large-scale projects, engage with corporate donors, and drive the mission of the NGO forward. Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the account manager for multiple large projects, fostering strong relationships with corporate donors.
  • Oversee fund allocation, financial decisions, and programmatic reporting for grants.
  • Ensure program implementation aligns with MoUs agreed upon with donors.
  • Develop and maintain self-sustaining practices for donor retention and growth in grant/donation size.
  • Effectively manage corporate donor communications and reporting.
  • Coordinate donor engagement activities, project reviews, and ensure timely submission of donor reports (financial and programmatic).
  • Organize kick-off meetings with project stakeholders and ensure seamless communication between internal teams and donors.
  • Manage program budgets and ensure transparency in reporting back to donors.
Desired Skills and Competencies:
  • Proven experience in Corporate Donor Management and CRM.
  • Strong account management skills with the ability to oversee complex programs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to handle large datasets and analyze program outcomes.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with high energy and passion for success.
  • Strong networking abilities and a relationship-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Graduate in Social Work or a related field relevant to the development sector.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in corporate donor management for non-profits.
  • Familiarity with sectoral issues such as education, adolescent empowerment, and rural development.
Team Coordination:
  • Collaborate with the Director and Impact team to communicate results and outcomes.
  • Work closely with the Sustainability/Fundraising team to manage grant income and support fundraising efforts.
  • Liaise with the Communications team to develop channels for internal and external communications.
  • Coordinate with support functions to ensure resources, fund allocation, and technology enablement are in place.
Reporting: Directly reports to the Director.
