Business Development- CSR

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive with 2-3 years of relevant experience to join our growing team. The role involves building strategic partnerships, preparing impactful proposals, and driving business growth in the CSR and Corporate/PSU engagement space.
Business Development
Create a robust and strategic business development strategy in consultation with the larger team.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs in the CSR space.
Liasion with internal as well as external clients to ensure smooth processes
Create a strong pipeline for engaging with corporates/PSUs for meetings/presentations.
Maintaining and providing feedback for business collaterals as required.
Identifying chances and opportunities to participate in different forums to build visibility of work undertaken by the organization.
Proposal Writing
Research and prepare effective and articulate proposals to help convey the organization work and values to the prospective clients
Support in writing proposals for the corporates/PSUs for CSR offerings
Developing new ideas and concepts for proposals in consultation with the larger team
Ensure effective coordination and timely completion of tenders/proposals
Maintain proper trackers and documentation for the proposals being developed
Education Graduate/ PG
Total Experience Required: 3-4 years
