We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager. In this role, he/she will be responsible for building partnerships, identifying opportunities and developing initiatives that align with our commitment to corporate social responsibility, corporate wellness and employee engagement
Roles & Responsibilities:
Project Management: Develop detailed project plans, Manage cross-functional teams, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of program results.
Implementation: Oversee the execution of CSR projects, ensuring they meet objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal teams, NGOs, government agencies, and local communities to facilitate project implementation.
Donor Management: Communicating effectively and deliver persuasive presentations to potential partners, sponsors, donors, and other stakeholders, and securing commitments for support or funding for corporate engagement and wellness program.
Monitoring and Evaluation: Track project progress, identify areas for improvement, and conduct evaluations to assess impact.
Reporting & Record Keeping: Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders, including project updates, achievements, and challenges.
Compliance: Ensure CSR projects comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Budget Management: Manage project budgets, track expenses for line item wise, and ensure efficient use of resources.
Impact analysis: Prepare the impact analysis of each project to understand project initiatives' effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
Team management: Organize and facilitate sessions, meetings, Training, events, workshops, and other activities that are adaptable and flexible in responding to sustain the project/business in accordance to organization's need in a fast-paced environment.
Any other tasks /assignments that may be assigned by supervisor/HOD.
Traveling as per requirements.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Leadership ability , including the capacity to set and manage accountability of self and others
Preferably 3-6 years of experience
Proven track record of successfully developing and corporate pitching, client handholding, securing partnerships, and delivering impactful projects.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers at all levels.
Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
Computer proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
