Location: Noida (On-site)

Experience Required: 7+ years

Industry Preference: Startup experience must; experience in staffing & recruitment industry preferred

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Digital Marketing to lead our overall digital strategy and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, organic growth, and brand building - particularly in a fast-paced startup environment. Experience in the recruitment and staffing domain will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Drive organic reach and engagement through SEO, content marketing, and social media optimization.
  • Manage and lead the digital marketing team - ensuring high performance, collaboration, and creative output.
  • Oversee the company's online presence and ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
  • Create and manage lead generation campaigns using tools like email automation, landing pages, and CRM systems.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Work closely with the sales and operations team to align marketing initiatives with recruitment and client acquisition goals.
  • Identify new digital trends, tools, and growth hacks suitable for the staffing and recruitment domain.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in startups.
  • Proven success in performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, and email marketing tools.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring a marketing team.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of the staffing and recruitment industry will be a plus.
