Role Overview:-

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head - Digital Marketing to lead our digital growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in startups, particularly in heading digital marketing teams, and will play a pivotal role in establishing as a thought leader in global agro commodities trade.

Key Responsibilities:-

Brand Leadership & Thought Leadership:

Position as a leading B2B brand in global agro commodities trade.

Develop and execute brand positioning and brand consistency strategies.

Create thought leadership content to enhance Tradologie's reputation among exporters and importers.

Lead Generation & Market Expansion:

Drive B2B lead generation campaigns to attract exporters and importers.

Develop strategies to increase platform registrations and engagement.

Optimize digital acquisition funnels to maximize conversions:

SEO, SMO & Content Strategy

Define short-term and long-term strategies for SEO, SMO, and content marketing.

Oversee content development aligned with Tradologie's value proposition for buyers and suppliers.

Build high-performing organic and paid marketing campaigns:

Performance Marketing & Analytics

Lead performance marketing efforts across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other digital channels.

Monitor key marketing metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, etc.) and continuously optimize campaigns.

Implement data-driven decision-making to refine digital marketing strategies.

Marketing Collaterals & Communication

Develop impactful marketing collaterals (brochures, case studies, white papers, email campaigns).

Create effective messaging that resonates with agro commodities exporters and importers.

Ensure consistency in brand communication across all platforms.

Qualifications & Experience:-

15+ years of experience leading digital marketing teams in startups and growth-stage companies.

Proven track record in B2B digital marketing, performance marketing, SEO, and content marketing.

Strong understanding of lead generation, demand generation, and B2B marketing funnels.

Expertise in Google Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads).

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
