About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Head who can strengthen the company's brand, drive consistent lead generation and build a structured marketing engine. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT services marketing especially working with software services, digital transformation, and product engineering businesses, strong communication skills and the ability to convert marketing efforts into measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:-

 Strong experience in IT services and B2B marketing

 Ability to analyse what is not working in current marketing and sales outreach and implement corrective actions

 Excellent communication and messaging skills, with the ability to create a clear and compelling value proposition

 Ability to define and drive a consistent marketing message across all channels

 Strong brand-building experience using:

  • LinkedIn and other social platforms
  • Company website
  • Brochures, presentations and email campaigns

 Build and maintain a detailed lead database for continuous outreach and nurturing

 Ability to create and refine telemarketing scripts and outbound communication for lead conversion

 Hands-on experience in email marketing, nurturing funnels and campaign automation

 Ability to study customer profiles and create customer dossiers—identifying pain points, industry need, and triggers to improve campaign effectiveness

 Strong understanding of demand generation / lead generation

 Work closely with the sales team to align marketing and lead funnels

 Strong exposure to inbound and outbound marketing, with the capability to create magnetic marketing & Lead Marketing

 Track outcomes using key metrics such as campaign performance, engagement levels, conversions and funnel progress

Qualifications

 MBA in Marketing or equivalent.

 years in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in a tech/IT services firm.

 Deep understanding of integrated marketing strategies, brand positioning, and digital channels.

 Experience working in global markets such as the US, Africa, or the Middle East is a strong plus.

 Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,100, ₹2,300,000.00 per year
