Role Overview: We're actively seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with a proven track record in selling Apartments and villas. The ideal candidate will be adept at new client acquisition, retention of existing clients, and converting customer site visits into sales. A deep knowledge of the real estate market and exceptional communication skills are paramount for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell apartments and villas, ensuring maximum revenue.
- Successfully convert customer site visits into finalized sales.
- Generate sales and develop new leads, clients, and customers.
- Showcase an in-depth understanding of the real estate market, including market trends and property values.
- Convert leads into potential site visits and ensure conversions from site visits to sales.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation and promotional activities.
- Maintain regular touchpoints with potential and existing customers through calls, emails, and meetings.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably with expertise in selling apartments and villas.
- Comprehensive understanding of the real estate market and property values.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English and Tamil is a must; proficiency in Hindi would be an added advantage.
- Proactive and self-driven with a result-oriented approach.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
