Role Description
This is a full t-time remote role for a Telecaller Customer Support. The Telecaller Customer Support will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing information about healthcare services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will include managing customer databases, updating records, and following up with clients to ensure their needs are met.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with customer database management
- Customer service orientation and a friendly, helpful attitude
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
