About Us:Mr n Mrs Pet, a leading pet store, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to provide excellent service, assist customers with their queries, and ensure a seamless experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with inquiries about pets, products, and services.
  • Provide guidance to customers on selecting pets such as dogs, cats, and small pets.
  • Handle customer queries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Build and maintain relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for pets and knowledge of their needs, especially for dogs, cats, and small pets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency with computers and CRM tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.

Work Schedule:

  • 6 working days with rotational offs.
  • Rotational shifts (no night shifts).
